Training
The Vigilmetrics training team assists our customers to understand and excel at using Vigilmetrics products and solutions to their full potential. We help reduce costs by providing a structured and proven training plan for companies who are implementing Vigilmetrics. Training is also delivered as a fixed price service, so costs are predictable and known in advance. We also work closely to customise training requirements for our client's environment and needs and training can be facilitated at the customer site or at the Vigilmetrics offices.
Training on Vigilmetrics takes place at three levels. The first level is understanding how to use the Vigilmetrics software and the second level on how the reports work, what they mean and how to get the most out of them. The third level relates to technical training and covers functionality on how to load users, the Data Manager, Email Manager, scheduling, etc.
