Implementation of your solution. Vigilmetrics has it’s own Implementation Methodology and our services team will offer project management and key technical resources to ensure your implementation runs smoothly and remains vigilant to all risk, time and quality parameters that your requirements may demand.

Training is a key and mandatory part of our Implementation Methodology. Training covers user functionality and reporting as well as technical and administrator training. Furthermore, training is also offered post-implementation as it is often required on an on-going basis owing to new staff on your team, new functionality introduced to the Vigilmetrics suite, or purely as a refresher on a scheduled basis.

Support of Vigilmetrics is offered at different levels. Depending on the complexity of your installation different levels of support may be more or less pertinent to your requirements.
